Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary by location but usually range from 3-7 business days across Pakistan.

Shipping Charges
Free shipping is offered on orders over ₨ 3,000. For orders below this amount, standard shipping charges will apply during checkout.

Tracking Your Order
After dispatch, we will provide tracking information (if available) so you can monitor delivery status.

Delivery Issues
If a delivery attempt fails, our courier partner may attempt re-delivery. Additional charges may apply if repeated delivery attempts are necessary.

Address Accuracy
Ensure your shipping address is correct. Harmaal Wala isn’t responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


 

4. Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if:

1. The product received is different from what was ordered.

2. The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Return Time Frame
Items must be reported for return within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, eligible items can be returned for inspection.

Non-Returnable Items
Customized items, gift cards, and perishable goods cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

Return Shipping
Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).

Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchange
